Water, Soda, iPod
Welcome home... to the USA.
Me, at home, in the USA? Are you kidding me?
A little over a year ago I had never set foot in the country and now it's home?
Only in the USA (or Japan)! Your eyes don't deceive you; this is an iPod vending machine at SFO! Kinda funny that the adjacent items are all pain killer drugs. Something like.. "Take two Tylenol, or just tune out to an iPod". And here, a willing consumer...

Lands' End
Lands' end, down under...
Tasmania, the Apple Isle :) home to over 500 varieties of Apple, not including the silicon variety. I was lucky to visit Tassie this week, as an invited guest of the AUC conference here. The conference, although interesting doesn't make for nice photo-blog pictures so here are some of the scenes I got to see while down there. Below is Salamanca Bay, the happening night spot on the Derwent river.
Above, Hobart CBD. Below a classic Aussie Victorian terrace and look, the crazy Tasmanians drink Fosters!
Hobart has parts that make it feel like a quaint little village... here you can see the historic district nestled below mount Wellington.
