Fillmore Jazz Festival 06
Yesterday evening my dearest friends Sally and Dave rang to tell me that they were engaged. They are a wonderful couple and such a perfect match.
My first weekend out and about in the US, was spent here at the Fillmore Jazz festival. I was travelling on my own then, exploring on my own was really fun albeit a little daunting. Last year, Sal, Nick and I returned for the same festival again, then I was just a traveller passing by. Today, leaving home in Santa Cruz, Erin, Sally, Dave and I dropped the rag top and took HWY 1 up to the city and again spent a day there.
